SH Property Management engaged with The Shape to help with their brand identity development and marketing strategy.
We advise all clients to take part in a branding workshop. The session allows us to look closely at their competitors, core values and the services they offer.
After carrying out market research with members of the finance and property sectors, we advised the client that they should separate their business into two areas. Focusing purely on Property Management and removing the Investments side it also clarified what they do.
The feedback from the focus group sessions found that the property owners and estate agents were put off by the mention of investments. The feeling was that as a business you are either a Property Management company or an Investment company - not both.
Furthermore, discovering this information allowed us to focus the key message, develop a brand identity and guidelines that engaged with landlords and estate agents.
